Jan. 27, 2026

In June 2025, the New Jiayuan International Tennis Center, located on the scenic Yangcheng Lake Peninsula,    is scheduled to officially open. Covering an area of 8,788 square meters and comprising 11 courts built to international competition standards, this tennis complex is envisioned as a dynamic hub integrating elite competition, public participation, and youth development. As the core supplier of key facilities for this project, UHS has been deeply involved in the venue’s construction through a comprehensive,    high-quality product portfolio. This professional confidence is rooted in the brand’s 27 years of dedicated engagement in the sports facilities sector—from breaking import monopolies to serving world-class tournaments, and from single-product development to full industry-chain integration.    Through its growth trajectory, UHS demonstrates the strength of “Intelligent Manufacturing in China,” delivering tangible brand value and long-term assurance to venue owners.

Twenty-Seven Years of Dedication: From Local Innovation to Global Tournament Trust

A review of UHS’s development history reveals that each milestone is marked by the dual DNA of technological innovation and professional specialization.

1998: Entrepreneurial Foundation and Breaking Import Dependence

Entrepreneur Ou Xuya from Yunfu, Guangdong, formally entered the tennis industry, recognizing early the untapped potential of domestic tennis facility construction. At the time, tennis court fencing in China relied heavily on imports, with costs reaching 70–80 RMB per square meter. After extensive research and testing, he successfully introduced China’s first PE-coated chain-link fencing system, reducing costs to just over 20 RMB per square meter. This innovation addressed the industry’s challenges of high import costs and difficult maintenance, rapidly gained market acceptance through superior cost-performance,    and laid the foundation for the localization of tennis facility equipment in China.

2001: Business Expansion and Integrated System Development

In response to customer demand for one-stop procurement, UHS expanded from single-product fencing manufacturing to a full range of tennis court equipment, including net posts, umpire chairs, player benches, and scoreboards. This marked a strategic transformation from a product supplier to a comprehensive solutions provider. At this stage, UHS became one of the earliest domestic enterprises dedicated to tennis facility R&D, upgrading from small-scale workshop production to standardized manufacturing and preparing the ground for large-scale growth.

2008–2010: Tournament Endorsement and Entry into the Professional Elite

Brand strength advanced significantly during this period. At the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, UHS    fencing products were successfully applied across tennis, hockey, and baseball venues, withstanding the rigorous standards of world-class events. In 2010, the Guangzhou Asian Games tennis venue was fully equipped exclusively by UHS, and in the same year, the company became the sole designated supplier for the China Open, signing a seven-year agreement that firmly positioned it within China’s top-tier professional event service providers.

Post-2013: Global Expansion and International Recognition

UHS accelerated its internationalization, with products successively serving the Australian Open, the    WTA Finals, the Miami Open, and the Rogers Cup. It became one of the few Chinese brands capable of simultaneously supporting the China Open, Wuhan Open, and WTA Finals. Concurrently, expansion into    second- and third-tier domestic markets continued, with rapid sales growth in emerging regions such as    Guangxi and Jiangxi, validating the strategic approach of deep local roots with global reach.

2024–2025: Technological Upgrading and Full Industry-Chain Ecosystem

With an investment of RMB 180 million, UHS established the industry’s first ultra-large-scale R&D    center, achieving an annual output value exceeding RMB 400 million. The launch of the “Royal Blue”    product color system set new trends in sports venue aesthetics. The company secured exclusive ITF    Silver Star Certification, accumulated over 100 invention patents and more than 220 testing certifications, and expanded across sports facilities, sports lighting, sports flooring, and sports services. Integrated solutions are now delivered to more than 20,000 courts in 35 countries, while international-grade clay courts and aviation-derived Minelia lighting systems continue to elevate industry standards.

Competition-Grade Court Configuration

The 11 courts at the New Jiayuan International Tennis Center embody the technological legacy of UHS’s    27-year journey.

Nine Acrylic Hard Courts: Built with WTA-standard materials sourced from the same supply chain as the US Open, these courts offer high elasticity, wear resistance, stable ball speed,    and strong weather durability. Maintenance requirements are minimal, and color customization enhances visual identity, supporting both elite competition and public engagement.

Two Clay Courts: Constructed with original imported CELABASA clay from Spain, these courts replicate the specifications of the French Open and the Paris Olympics. The shock-absorbing surface supports spin-oriented play and provides a high-quality training environment for youth and professional athletes, addressing a long-standing gap in China’s clay court infrastructure.

Full-Scenario Supporting Facilities

From lighting systems to functional infrastructure, UHS adopts a holistic approach to ensure long-term venue performance.

Professional Lighting: The center court is equipped with four 20-meter high-mast lighting towers, while the remaining courts use 8-meter poles with 460 W luminaires, achieving an average illuminance exceeding 1,100 lux. Based on aviation-derived Minelia lighting technology and certified by CQC, CE, and SGS, the system supports high-definition broadcasting and enhances nighttime playing comfort.

Durable Infrastructure: Modular fencing systems with aluminum alloy connectors and ultra-weather-resistant coatings ensure corrosion resistance and easy installation. Player benches,    umpire chairs, net posts, and optional retractable canopies follow UHS’s design philosophy of durability and comfort, significantly reducing long-term maintenance costs.
