HS has completed a strategic investment in WTCC, the World Tennis Continental Cup, becoming a core industry shareholder of the event. With this move, the two parties' partnership has advanced from business collaboration to full capital alignment — stepping forward together in a new capacity and opening a new chapter of long-term, joint value creation in the tennis industry.

From Business Partners to Capital Partners, Trust Is the Longest-Lasting Endorsement

This strategic equity investment is not the result of a chance business connection, but the natural outcome of long-standing mutual trust. Since WTCC's founding, UHS has been a firm believer in the event's long-term value and one of its most steadfast supporters and partners during the startup phase. During the inaugural WTCC World Tennis Continental Cup in 2025, UHS provided full end-to-end support for the event — professional court construction, a complete suite of event equipment, and a mature on-site support system — delivering top-tier execution that stood up to the test of live competition and laid a solid foundation for the two parties' deepening ties.

The journey from standing side by side on event delivery to forming a deep capital partnership reflects mutual recognition between the two sides, and marks a shared path forward for two long-term-minded partners.

Nearly Three Decades in the Industry, Deep Expertise Behind a Cross-Sector Leap

UHS's ability to move from sports-facility manufacturing into the core circle of a major event IP is built on nearly three decades of specialization in the tennis industry.

With close to 30 years dedicated to tennis, UHS holds top-tier ITF (International Tennis Federation) certification and has long provided professional services to the sport's top-tier events, including the four Grand Slams, the ATP and the WTA — establishing itself as a benchmark brand in tennis court and facility construction, known for both reputation and technical strength. From the fine craftsmanship of court surfacing to complete hardware solutions for major events, UHS has applied the rigor of manufacturing to build a comprehensive set of capabilities spanning products, technology and service.

This deep industry foundation is both the core credential that earned WTCC's recognition and the strength underpinning the ecosystem the two partners will build together going forward.

A Role Upgrade: From Hardware Provider to Ecosystem Enabler

For UHS, this equity investment is far more than a financial move — it marks a pivotal shift in its strategic identity.

Previously, UHS served as a professional hardware provider for the event, supplying courts and equipment as the underlying support. As a core industry shareholder of WTCC, UHS will now be deeply involved in building the broader tennis industry ecosystem, upgrading its role from “hardware provider for events” to “enabler of the event ecosystem.”

WTCC is currently building a comprehensive tennis industry ecosystem. Its scope includes event operations, athlete management, players' social media presence, premium membership programs, and more. Drawing on its deep expertise in court technology and event support, UHS’s expertise will form a strong complement to WTCC's IP operating capabilities, jointly driving the maturation and expansion of the event ecosystem while extending the boundaries and value of its own business.

Riding a RMB 7 Trillion Tailwind: Mutual Empowerment on the Path to Global Growth

This partnership is also an important move by UHS to align with the momentum of China's sports industry.

China's sports industry is currently benefiting from a sustained policy window and a key period of industry upgrading: the overall scale of the industry is projected to exceed RMB 7 trillion by 2030, with the event economy and the deep integration of culture, sport and tourism becoming a core driver of growth.

Positioned at the center of this industry opportunity, UHS and WTCC will combine complementary strengths to advance urban tennis development and global expansion: UHS will contribute professional court technology and event support capabilities, while WTCC will bring its top-tier event IP and full ecosystem value. Together, the two partners will empower local tennis-themed cultural and tourism projects, helping cities build distinctive tennis city brands.

According to WTCC's plans, the event will hold its first overseas international leg in 2027. From home courts to the global stage, UHS will advance alongside WTCC's globalization, moving toward a more central position in the global tennis industry as a co-builder of the sector.

From the meticulous craftsmanship of a single tennis court to the joint building of an entire event ecosystem; from a benchmark in Chinese tennis manufacturing to a core player in global tennis events — this strategic investment in WTCC marks a major milestone in UHS's nearly 30-year journey, and adds a new chapter to the integration and upgrading of China's tennis industry. Looking ahead, the two partners will use capital as the bond and professionalism as the foundation, working together for the long term as they help drive China's tennis industry toward a broader future.
