When sports spaces evolve from single-purpose “training venues” into vibrant urban “third places,” what truly supports this transformation? Jinyi Lake Rock Park offers a clear answer: an unwavering commitment to professionalism, paired with meticulous attention to user experience.
This integrated destination brings together professional tennis courts, pickleball courts, a FIBA-certified basketball arena, an international-standard competition swimming pool, a lakeside greenway, and a wide range of light sports activities. Its role as a beloved hub of urban vitality stems not only from forward-looking planning but also from the rigor and precision evident in every detail of its construction. UHS Sports is honored to be a co-builder of this project, providing systematic solutions for three outdoor tennis courts, two outdoor pickleball courts, two indoor basketball courts, and three badminton courts—laying a solid professional foundation for the park’s diverse sporting experiences.
Safety and comfort in sport begin at ground level. The tennis and pickleball courts are surfaced with TOPLUS elastic acrylic flooring, featuring a specialized cushioning layer that effectively absorbs impact on landing and reduces stress on the knees and ankles. This thoughtful choice enhances confidence and comfort across a wide range of uses, from high-intensity training to everyday fitness and family-friendly activities.

Whether for indoor competition or outdoor activity after dusk, professional lighting is essential.
Inside the basketball and badminton halls, UHS Bright Moon Series professional sports lighting delivers soft, uniform illumination. Its engineered optical design minimizes glare, ensuring clear vision and visual safety during fast-paced play.
For the outdoor tennis and pickleball courts, UHS Navigator Series professional court lighting is employed. Designed specifically for outdoor environments, this system provides ample, evenly distributed illumination while effectively controlling light spill—maintaining athletes’ visual focus and reducing light disturbance to the surrounding area.

Clear zoning and reliable safety measures rely on a robust fencing system. The modular perimeter fencing supplied for the park establishes well-defined boundaries for each sports area. With full anti-corrosion treatment on both internal and external surfaces, flexible installation options, and a clean, understated appearance, the fencing ensures safety while blending seamlessly into the park’s overall landscape.

Across the three outdoor tennis courts and two pickleball courts, UHS professional tennis and pickleball posts provide lasting stability through durable aluminum-alloy construction and weather-resistant finishes, ensuring precise net tension and a consistently professional playing environment. Courtside, aluminum-alloy umpire chairs with a stable A-frame structure support every competitive exchange, while ergonomically contoured aluminum benches offer comfortable rest during breaks in play.

The story of Jinyi Lake Rock Park illustrates how cities can integrate sport into everyday life through spatial innovation. By breaking away from the conventional boundaries of sports venues, the park creates a multifunctional environment where sport, social interaction, leisure, and nature coexist.
Here, sport becomes the medium that connects people and experiences. It vividly demonstrates that a truly livable city requires more than economic strength and technological advancement—it also needs welcoming, human-centered “third spaces” that support health, happiness, and meaningful social connection.
