Crisp autumn skies and sweeping views make this season perfect for exploring Changsha—
a city known not only for Orange Isle and Maple Pavilion, but also for its quieter gems such as Wangyue Park.

Located at No. 6 Xianjiahu Road in Yuelu District, Changsha, Wangyue Park covers roughly 235 acres. The park is home to the well-known Western Han Dynasty royal tombs of the Wu Clan, blending natural landscapes, cultural heritage, science education, and leisure sports into a unique Han-culture themed destination.

A New Sports Upgrade: Five Modern Tennis Courts Powered by UHS

Within the park’s fitness area, five new indoor tennis courts have been added, offering residents a refreshed sports experience. The renovation project features UHS sports flooring and facility systems, helping elevate the courts to international standards.

UHS Acrylic Sports Flooring System

The courts adopt an acrylic water-based sports surface from UHS.
A bold design choice was made for the color scheme—departing from the conventional deep blue and light blue tones commonly seen in standard tennis courts. Instead, the project features a custom blend of deep green and grass green, delivering a vibrant visual impact.

This rich green palette integrates seamlessly with the natural environment of Wangyue Park, infusing the courts with energy and enhancing their aesthetic appeal.

High-Elastic Cushion System

Two of the five courts use UHS’s High-Elastic Cushion System, which includes a resilient cushioning layer. The system enhances elasticity and provides stable shock absorption—effectively reducing stress on the knees and ankles while helping players minimize muscle fatigue during play.

Professional Sports Lighting System

The lighting upgrade features the LFL Series LED floodlights from Mingliya Sports Lighting. These fixtures offer high efficiency and superior luminous performance, enabling energy savings for long-term facility management.

Installed using a dual-sided 90-degree configuration, the system reduces glare, enhances uniformity, and creates a more comfortable visual environment for athletes.

Court brooms and maintenance tools
